Please follow these directions in order to fix the issue:
- Open the FreeRide Plus Game Player (you can use the "Play My Games" icon that is on your desktop)
- Click the "SIGN OUT" button in the upper right corner of the Game Player window
- Once you have fully signed out, please click the "SIGN IN" button that is now in the upper right corner.
- Enter your Email address and Password that you used to create your FreeRide Plus account
- Once you have signed back in, please access the games!
If you continue to experience issues, please click the "Contact Support" link near the top of the Game Player when you are signed into your Free Ride Plus account.
