Player Error 109 - Unable to retrieve server information
There are a number of reasons why you may experience this error message when attempting to play a game. Follow the instructions below to diagnose the issue.
- If you are a FreeRide Plus subscriber (pay to play without the advertisements) please click here for instructions to fix this issue.
- Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet (physical connection to your modem, etc).
- Verify that you can browse the Internet and other websites (example: try http://purple.com/)
- Attempt to play the game again.
- Verify that the FreeRide Games Player is allowed full access in your Firewall/Security program. Click here to view detailed instructions on how to do so.
